• Welcome & Call to Order

    • Review meeting purpose (board elections only)

• Introduction of Candidates

  • Lead: Nominations Chair or Presiding Officer

  • Items:

    • Read slate of nominees for each position

    • Allow brief statements from each candidate (optional)

    • Confirm any nominations from the floor 

• Voting Procedure Overview

  • Lead: Dana Conner

  • Items:

    • Explain voting method (ballot, show of hands, electronic, etc.)

    • Clarify eligibility to vote (current PTSA members only)

    • Review how results will be counted and announced

• Election & Voting

    • Conduct vote for each office in order (e.g., President, VP, Secretary, Treasurer, etc.)

    • Collect and count votes

    • Resolve any ties per bylaws

• Announcement of Results
