All Conrad students can accrue volunteer hours independently by participating in external volunteer opportunities within the community. VolunteerMatch is a great resource to help you find volunteer opportunities in your community.
To earn credit for external volunteer time, enter your hours using the Record Volunteer Hours form and type "External Volunteer (the organization name)" in the Event Description field.

As part of this process, we kindly request that you provide documentation to validate the hours you have contributed via email to ejconrad.ptsa@gmail.com no later than March 1, 2025. Please be advised that if we do not receive the required documentation by March 1, 2025, we will be unable to include your external volunteer hours in our records, and they will be subject to deletion.
You may choose one or more of the following verification methods:

Volunteer Timesheets: Please submit timesheets from the organization detailing the hours spent on each volunteering activity.

Confirmation Letters: Obtain a letter from the organization or event coordinator confirming your participation and specifying the number of hours volunteered.
